Blackburn Under-21 captain Anthony O'Connor has joined Torquay on a one-month loan deal.
The 20-year-old defender spent all of last season with Burton and started every single league game as they made the League Two play-offs. O'Connor has been with Rovers since he was 16 years of age but is yet to appear for Gary Bowyer's first team.O'Connor joins Gulls on loan
