Dagnall wastes chance to send visitors through
Barnet and Rochdale are in the hat for the FA Cup second round after a dour 1-1 draw at Underhill.
A dire first half saw the visitors come closest to a goal after 25 minutes, with Will Buckley wriggling along the the by-line and stabbing a shot across goal which crept inches wide.
Things had to improve after the break and the visitors took the lead after 49 minutes. Skipper Gary Jones crossed from the right and Chris Dagnall applied the final touch from just two yards.
It needed a stroke of luck to get the hosts back in the game after 68 minutes.
A 35-yard free-kick was squared to substitute Nick Deverdics, and when his shot deflected into the path of Ismail Yakubu, the Bees skipper pounced to lash the ball home from eight yards.
Dagnall wasted a glorious chance to win it with five minutes remaining, meaning a replay at Spotland on Tuesday week.
