Bordeaux coach Francis Gillot believes the club will have secured the signature of Ludovic Obraniak before the weekend.
The Poland international is actively seeking a move away from Lille, with one eye firmly fixed on this summer's European Championship.
He is looking to find regular football, something currently denied to him at the reigning Ligue 1 champions.
The 27-year-old has already agreed personal terms with Bordeaux, but he is still waiting on the two clubs to reach an agreement.
Gillot claims a compromise is close, with it possible that Obraniak could be on the move in the next couple of days.
"I believe Ludovic Obraniak will be here inside 72 hours," he told
Gold FM.
