The 18-year-old has come through the youth ranks at the Buckinghamshire club and signed his first professional deal last summer.
Stewart has now emerged into the first team and has started two matches for the club.
Sky Sports now understands a number of Wycombe's League One rivals are taking a keen interest in Stewart's progress.
Charlton, Colchester and Stevenage are believed to be amongst those showing an interest.
Stewart's current deal at Wycombe is due to expire in the summer, but the Chairboys would be due compensation - should he leave.
