Sanchez Watt has heaped praise on Colchester's rookie manager Joe Dunne after three wins in four games for the U's.
The 21-year-old has started every match since joining on a three-month loan deal from Arsenal and his arrival has coincided with a run of three wins in four games. Dunne has challenged Watt to improve his goal tally after he scored the decisive goal in Saturday's 1-0 win against Stevenage, and the striker says the team are ready to step up to the plate. Watt told the East Anglian Daily Times: "It is good how the gaffer has got us playing and when we defeat a team like Stevenage it gives us more confidence. "The gaffer is playing a different style and he should be backed for letting us play that way. "We have a plan A and B. We should be higher in the league and people are willing to show that."
